The Biology Undergraduate Summer School (BUSS) at the University of Zurich gives undergraduate students in the Life Sciences the chance to perform a significant research project in one of the participating laboratories of the University of Zurich or the ETH Zurich. The program is conducted in English and includes a scientific communication course, lab visits, and social activities.

Eligibility
Must be a matriculated undergraduate student in Life Sciences (Biology, Biochemistry, Biomedicine, etc.) at a university outside of Zurich.
Must have completed at least two years of undergraduate study by the start of the program.
Must not have completed your degree before the start of the program.
Must have a strong command of English.
Must be available for the full duration of the program (July 1 – August 31, 2026).
