The Professorship of Environmental Economics at the Technical University of Munich (TUM), Campus Weihenstephan, invites applications for a PhD position in Economics. The highly motivated candidate will conduct field experiments (RCTs) and survey experiments focusing on sustainability and environmental economics. The successful candidate will join one of Europe's leading research universities, benefitting from an outstanding interdisciplinary research environment, close collaboration with industry and policy institutions, and integration into the doctoral program of the TUM School of Management. The initial appointment is for 36 months with the possibility of extension.

Eligibility
Must possess a Master's degree in economics or a related discipline with very good results
Must have solid knowledge of experimental or other empirical methods
Must have experience in data analysis using statistical programs such as R or Stata
Must demonstrate fluency in spoken and written English
Must show enthusiasm for research and teaching
