The Ebenco Graduate Engineering Programme is a 12-month structured development initiative created to prepare high-potential young Nigerians with the technical competence, practical experience, and professional mindset required to succeed in the evolving oil and gas industry. Eligibility
Must be a Nigerian citizen
Must hold a degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Petroleum, Chemical, Process, Computer, or Metallurgical & Materials Engineering
Minimum academic qualification of Second Class Upper (2:1) or Second Class Lower (2:2) combined with a Master's degree distinction
Must have completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) scheme in 2023 or later
Must be self-motivated, energetic, and demonstrate strong leadership, teamwork, and analytical skills
Must possess excellent oral and written communication abilities
