The Chang’an University Innovation Scholarship is a flagship initiative of the School of International Education (SIE). Eligibility
Must be a non-Chinese citizen with a valid foreign passport
Aged between 18 and 25 years old
Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent
Minimum English proficiency of IELTS 5.5 or TOEFL 68 (for English-taught programs)
Must comply with Chinese laws and university regulations
Good physical and mental health

Excellent academic performance in high school (Average above 80% preferred)
Strong interest in innovation and technical development
Applicants currently in China must provide a scanned copy of a valid visa or residence permit
Successful completion of a personal interview (for shortlisted candidates)
