Application Process
Visit the Sabancı University online application portal and select your intended graduate degree program
Complete all required fields in the online application form; note that there is no application fee for graduate applications
Upload all mandatory and optional supporting documents in digital format before the portal closes
Ensure all your language and graduate entrance exam scores are valid at the time of your application
If your preliminary evaluation is positive, attend the scheduled online or on-campus interview with the faculty
Await the final admission and scholarship award decision communicated by the university
How to Apply
Do not submit IELTS scores, as Sabancı University strictly does not accept IELTS for graduate admission; you must prepare for alternatives like TOEFL, PTE, or the internal SU-ELAE
No separate scholarship application is required; simply express your interest in the standard application form to be automatically considered by the Scholarship Committee
It is highly recommended to submit your application by the early deadlines (typically March or April depending on the Graduate School) as early applicants have priority for scholarship committee funding
Selection Process
Automatic selection evaluation integrated into the standard admission process by the Scholarship Committee
Evaluation is strictly based on the strength of your academic background, transcripts, and the prestige of your previous institution
Assessment of entrance exam results (GRE/ALES), reference letters, and the mandatory interview performance
PhD applicants with strong research proposals and prior publications are heavily prioritized for top-tier funding
