The Goldsmiths Sanctuary Scholarship (formerly the International Response Scholarship) is designed to support students who have been forced to flee their home countries due to conflict or persecution. It provides a full tuition fee waiver, a yearly allowance of £8,825, and accommodation support for students with refugee status, asylum seeker status, or humanitarian protection in the UK.

Accommodation fee waiver for a single study bedroom in Goldsmiths halls (up to £200/week)
Eligibility
Must have Refugee status or an active application for Asylum in the UK
Also open to those with Humanitarian Protection or Discretionary Leave to Remain
Must hold an offer of study for an undergraduate or taught postgraduate degree at Goldsmiths
Must be eligible to study in the UK (Immigration Bail conditions must not prohibit study)

Application Process
Apply for a course at Goldsmiths and receive an offer
Upload proof of status to your MyGoldsmiths account
Complete the online Sanctuary Scholarship application form
Apply for accommodation separately if needed (noting your scholarship application)
