The Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) Scholarship Programme supports international students and doctoral candidates who are socially or politically engaged and have excelled academically. KAS scholars are expected to share the foundation's values of democracy, justice, and freedom. The scholarship covers living costs and provides access to a vast network of seminars and alumni. It is open to students from all disciplines, though preference is often given to social sciences, law, and economics.

Eligibility
Must have a university degree with above-average results
Must have good knowledge of the German language (B2 level usually required)
