The Malaysian Technical Cooperation Programme (MTCP) Scholarship is sponsored by the Malaysian Government and dedicated to international students from developing countries. It enables them to pursue postgraduate studies in Malaysia while acquiring necessary knowledge and skills to contribute to the development of their home nations. The scholarship covers 24 to 36 months of full-time study for Master's Degree Programmes across various modes (Coursework, Mixed Mode, and Research) at supported Malaysian universities.

Eligibility
Must be an international student from an MTCP recipient developing country
Must not be more than 45 years old at the time of application
Must possess a minimum of Second Class Upper (Honours) or a CGPA of 3.0 at the undergraduate level
Must provide proof of English Language Proficiency such as an IELTS score of 6.0, TOEFL iBT score of 60, or proof of a previous degree taught in English
Must have an excellent level of health certified by a medical professional

Must secure and upload a valid Admission Offer Letter from at least one supported Malaysian university prior to applying for the scholarship
Must prepare a PowerPoint presentation explaining academic motivations and career plans if shortlisted for the virtual interview

Wait for notification via email; successfully shortlisted applicants will be invited for a virtual interview
