The MoMo TechSpark Graduate Programme is a 12-month immersive initiative created by MoMo Payment Service Bank (MoMoPSB) under MTN Nigeria. The programme provides foundational onboarding, in-depth technical training through academies, cross-functional rotations, and real project assignments, equipping graduates with hands-on experience in areas like Cloud, Data & AI, Cybersecurity, and Software Engineering.

Eligibility
Must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Mathematics, Physics, or related STEM fields
Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) or be in the final stages of completion
Must have between 0 to 2 years of post-NYSC experience
Must be a young, curious individual willing to learn, think out of the box, and shape digital ecosystems
Requirements
Demonstrate foundational programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or SQL
Exhibit a basic understanding of software development, APIs, debugging, testing, and version control systems like Git
Possess introductory knowledge of systems, databases, cloud concepts, and IT infrastructure
Show strong analytical and problem-solving abilities alongside good communication and teamwork skills
