Must be a Nigerian citizen
Must hold a University degree (Bachelor's) with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1)
Must have completed the mandatory NYSC program
Must be 28 years old or younger at the time of application
Must have graduated no earlier than 5 years prior to the application year
