The research group at ICST, NYCU is looking for highly motivated students for PhD positions and TEEP internships (with the possibility of conversion to Master's/PhD). The research focuses on the physics, modeling, and simulation of emerging semiconductor technologies, including Ferroelectric devices for memory/computing, BEOL-compatible oxide TFTs, and Cryogenic CMOS.

Must have a strong foundation in Semiconductor physics, TCAD simulations, or Device modeling
