The Romanian Government, through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, offers scholarships to foreign citizens from non-EU countries. For Undergraduate and Master's students, the program is taught exclusively in Romanian, and a free preparatory language year is included.

Eligibility
Must be a citizen of a non-European Union country
Must not hold Romanian citizenship
Must have good academic results (minimum average of 7/10 or 'Good')
Must be under 35 years old for Bachelor's and Master's studies
Must be under 45 years old for Doctoral studies
Must submit a complete file within the enrollment period

How to Apply
All applications must be submitted strictly online through the Study in Romania platform. Do not send documents by email or post to the Ministry. Ensure all your documents are translated into English, French, Spanish, or Romanian.
Selection Process
Administrative check of the files by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
Academic evaluation by a selection board from the Ministry of Education
