The Science@Leuven Scholarship is aimed at talented international students who want to study for a Master's degree at the Faculty of Science of the KU Leuven in Belgium. The scholarship amount can be up to €10,000 for 1 year. The scholarship will always cover the tuition fee for 1 year, the insurance and a basic health insurance coverage. The amount awarded for living expenses can vary.

Eligibility
Must have not studied or worked at the University of Leuven before
Must have a Bachelor's degree from a foreign university that gives access to the master programme
Must have excellent study results (top of the class)
Must show strong motivation to follow a Master's programme at the Faculty of Science of the KU Leuven
Must be willing to act as an ambassador for the programme

Apply for admission to the Master's programme of your choice via the KU Leuven website.
Take a screenshot of the confirmation message.
Register on the Science@Leuven scholarship website.
Complete the scholarship application form and upload the required documents.
Submit everything before February 15, 2026.

Apply for the Master's course FIRST.
Wait for the application number.
Use that number to fill out the separate scholarship form on the Science@Leuven website.
Ensure your referees email their letters directly if required.
