The Taiwan ICDF International Higher Education Scholarship Program provides full financial support for students from eligible partner countries to study at renowned Taiwanese universities. The program focuses on fields that contribute to national development, such as agriculture, public health, engineering, and business. All programs are taught in English.

Eligibility
Must be a citizen of a country on the List of Countries Eligible for Taiwan ICDF Scholarship
Must satisfy the admission requirements of the partner university
Must satisfy the visa requirements for a Resident Visa in Taiwan
Must not be a current recipient of any other Taiwan government scholarship
Must not be an ROC (Taiwan) national

Complete the University's own admission application
Submit the required documents to the ROC (Taiwan) Embassy/Consulate in your country for verification
Provide English proficiency proof (if English is not the official language)

Application Process
Complete the online application on the Taiwan ICDF website (Dec 1, 2025 - Mar 15, 2026)
Apply separately to the partner university for admission
Print the signed ICDF application form and submit it along with your documents to the ROC Embassy/Consulate in your country
The Embassy conducts a first review and interviews applicants
How to Apply
Access the Taiwan ICDF online portal and create an application
Ensure you apply to one of the specific 'Partner University' programs listed in the brochure
Send your printed application package to the nearest Taiwan Embassy or Representative Office for the 'First Review'
Do not send documents directly to ICDF in Taiwan
